New phone system - We have upgraded our phone system to a new state of the art IP phone solution. This new system allows us to track and record each and every call as well as provides more information about the caller. This upgrade allows us to better serve our customers and their subscribers. Our answering services also benefit greatly from this upgrade allowing us to better track calls and call times.
New Telular Pricing - We have negotiated a reduction in our Telular rates which also relates to a reduction in the pricing to our dealers. This is an automatic price decrease and all dealers will receive it automatically.
New Alarmnet Services Offered - Total Connect service is now available to all dealers.
